Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Cost

We charge a flat rate of $5.30 for shipping on all orders within the United States.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Total Time from Order to Delivery

You can expect to receive your order within 6-12 business days total (1-2 days processing + 5-10 days shipping).

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress and estimated delivery date.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days at slayedsetsbysusanna@gmail.com
• For damaged packages, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging
• We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
